Momentum picks up gold and silver field marketing awards

Momentum Wins Big at Field Marketing Awards

3 December 2009 - 3:14pm

Momentum celebrated in style at the 2009 Field Marketing Awards after winning Gold, Silver and Highly commended trophies.

The big win of the evening was Momentum’s Kevin Parkes who won the prestigious title of Brand Ambassador of the Year.

Kevin is a Convenience Development Advisor and has worked on the P&G account for 9 years and has done a fantastic job in helping to build distribution and raise awareness of P&G’s brands.

Retuning to defend our Gold award from 2008, Momentum teamed up with L’Oreal and Maybelline at the ceremony, picking up a Silver award for Logistics. We undertook a major remerchandising drive of cosmetic display units across 4453 stores in only 23 days.
Highly-trained merchandisers were tasked with remerchandising stands and installing new component parts in a short timeframe.

A High Commendation award was given for our work with Focus DIY on a bathroom category project. This involved refreshing the bathroom category displays in 175 stores in only 20 days. A second High Commendation was also awarded for ‘Most Effective Brand-Store Relationship’ with P&G. Our nationwide Convenience Development Team call on approx 9,000 independent retailers every 6 weeks to provide education on P&G’s core product range. They have achieved some amazing ROI for the client.

The FMBE awards are designed to recognise those agencies who have demonstrated the variety, breadth, scope of skills and results that face to face marketing can deliver for brands and retailers.
